Our Team
Ranjeet Menon — Founder
Ranjeet brings over two decades of experience across banking, wealth management, and corporate finance.
A Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) with specializations from the ACCA UK, IESE Business School and University of Geneva, he has led projects in valuation, M&A, and fund structuring. Before founding Claritech, he held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Citibank and HSBC managing investment portfolios and advisory mandates.
At Claritech, he oversees the finance and consulting practice, focusing on taxation, transfer pricing, and research in financial markets.
Judson Able Bellary
Judson is a seasoned software developer with over 15 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions using .NET technologies.
He has worked on large-scale projects across healthcare, logistics, and facilities management, modernizing systems through DevOps, cloud migration, and automated testing.
Judson leads Claritech’s IT practice, driving innovation, system integration, and digital transformation for Claritech’s clients
Sheila Mae De Jesus
Sheila supports Claritech’s Finance Practice in accounting, financial reporting, and client service operations.
She brings strong proficiency in Xero, Opera PMS, and financial reconciliation, backed by a degree in Tourism Management (Magna Cum Laude) with a focus on business administration. Her background in customer and financial operations ensures accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality client interaction within Claritech’s finance team.
Anuj Moda
Anuj is a finance professional specializing in structured and trade finance, corporate banking, and business development.
With over a decade of experience in India and Europe, he has co-founded and managed businesses in the trade and financial services sectors. His career includes roles at Citibank and Concorde Csoport (Budapest), providing exposure to cross-border financing and international trade operations.
Anuj holds postgraduate qualifications in International Business and Accounting & Finance, with academic experience at EDHEC Business School and ESSCA École de Management

Comprehensive Strategy Development
We successfully completed a comprehensive consulting project focused on optimizing customer value, enhancing profitability, and refining marketing strategies for our client.
Our first step was to estimate the full cost of services provided to customers, enabling a clear understanding of the financial dynamics. We identified revenue leakages and implemented measures to plug them, ensuring sustainable profitability. To drive sales efficiency, we designed an ideal staff incentive plan that balanced motivating performance with maintaining the company’s bottom line.
A key component of the project was estimating Customer Lifetime Value and comparing it with the current cost of customer acquisition. This analysis provided actionable insights into how much the company could strategically invest in acquiring new clients. Additionally, we developed a Client Incentive Plan, determining optimal incentives to encourage continued business while preserving margins.
To further enhance customer value, we introduced a value-based pricing model and proposed a customer segmentation strategy. This included the creation of a tier system tied to the Client Incentive Plan, allowing the company to target different customer groups with tailored benefits and offers.
Finally, we devised a business development strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives and enhancing customer engagement.
